have it neutered. it is spraying it's territory and it won't stop until u have him neutered. call the pet aid league and they will give u a vet that will do it for half the price than if u take it in urself.

There are some repellents on the market, a simple one is orange peel.

I have heard that cats hate the smell of Tabasco Sauce. You could try that.

male cats need to be fixed. in the meantime spray some cold water on the cat. :o)
