Hi Kathy.I must assume you are speaking about the urine odour. Consider a product called Nature's Miracle. It's available at any pet store worldwide and in gallon sizes too. It is a enzymatic neutralizer which is quite effective at reducing or eliminating the urine odours. You pour the product in the affected areas and let it soak to air dry. Repeated applications are necessary in heavily urine stained areas.

Exotic cats (big cats--bobcats, cougars, etc) produce such strong urine stains that we found this product to be better to reduce the odours than most competing products available.
