How do you know when.?

cat is going to have her kittens??
Answers:
O she'll let u know!
yup
well if she has grown unusally big in the stomach lately i'd say that is a pretty good sign. if u really care then take her to a vet and he can tell u everything u need to know.
WOULD IMAGINE THEY MEOW ALOT
LOOK FOR A PLACE TO MAKE A BED
You will know when she starts to wonder around looking for something, meaning a place to give birth. She will be distracted and can't sit in one place for long. She may start to meow a lot and look uncomfortable. When that happens, get her a decent sized box with old material inside it. Place it in a closet with the door ajar or a room with privacy. Put her inside and she will take care of the rest. Make sure she is away from noise, people, and drafts. Good luck.
Before my cat had kittens, her kittens were very active in the womb, and she was very nervous because it was her first litter. Give her plenty of comfort and help her to relax. Try and be there as much as possible, but make sure there are no other pets around. But in the end she really won't need you. Just make sure your clean laundry is just lying in a heep on your bed, because the would be the most likely spot where she will give birth.
My cat just had kittens on 10/30. Meowing is usually a pretty good sign of labor. She also will not eat for a day before she has the kittens. Mine just did not come to me like she always did, when I called for her she had a bloody rear end. Check for a bloody discharge coming from her rear end. Also try to find her a quiet place to have her kittens. You may want to get a couple of towels ready, because she is going to bleed alittle. Try to put them under her when she is in labor, to save your carpet or furniture.
We had 4 and lost 1. She did not know what to do with the kittens umbilicord, so I took dental floss and tied off the cord in 2 places and cut it in the center. I then threw away the placenta. If you have to do this try to keep the first tie off about 1 inch from the kitten and the second one further away, then cut in the center. She will clean them and feed them. Just stay calm, and keep an eye on her.
This websight I listed help me out alot. It also helps keep track of your kittens development. I hope everything is ok with her. Good luck.
