how long do u have to wait to have your cat fixed after she has given birth to kittens?

Answers:
A cat can be spayed while still nursing a litter of kittens, but some vets recommend waiting until the kittens are weaned because the mammary gland (breast) development present during nursing can make the surgery slightly more difficult.
after she finishes nursing the kittens. thats what my vet told me
usually you have to wait untill the kittens are weaned. But a cat can go into heat again before the kittens are weaned. So make sure she does not get outside and pregnant again before she is spayed. You could call and ask your vet.
Until she's done nursing.
Maybe about 2 months.
8 to 10 weeks
Wait at least 1-2 months to give her time to finish nursing the kittens if they're still with her if they are weaned off her whenever you have the time and money and when you feel she's ready and healed from the weaning and birth, she needs to strong enough to survive surgergy and anesthetic and they will want her to have all her vaccines updated and maybe even a feline leukemia test, it's up to the vet and you.
Call a vet or a spay/neuter clinic in your area and ask.
6-8 weeks or till the kittens are weaned. make sure you keep her inside so she doesn't end up pregnant again.
After about six weeks so that the babies can have time to stop nursing.
