At this age it should be able to eat either canned food or kitten chow-type food with a little warm milk to soften it and add some extra flavor.

I am guessing this kitten is 10 weeks old. Just give him or her some good quality kitten food and they should be able to eat it hard now if not moisten with a little bit of water. Also, always provide fresh water for your kitten at all times. This is all you need to do to feed your kitten and they should be fine and healthy.
