Surely the Parks Dept doesn't pay someone to scoop it out every morning. I have NEVER seen poop at any of the parks we go to and most are huge, open areas where strays are sure to roam. Called Parks %26 Rec and they said "good question". So, any ideas?

Cats bury thier poop, so you wouldn't be able to see it.
At golf courses, they take really good care of their sand, so I'm sure somebody scoops it if they see it in the sand there.
that's why they pay grounds keepers.. Yes, basically they get paid to scoop out the poop if there is any.
one word..mothballs.
have you ever even thought that they dint ever poop in there? they usually have a fence around the couse but you may not always even see them
What do you think Golf Balls are made out of? LOL
